Forum is disabled, new Support/Ticket system is being installed

having said that I am asking our users to be patient as we are installing/migrating data to new support/ticket system. we also set up knowledge system and new/updated forum. thanks, rafael

Does your support/ticket system contains knowledge base management? Just like iKode Help Desk X or Hesk?
